A free, evidence-first directory of Vietnamese fashion designers.

What this is

Vietnam Fashion Atlas is a curatorial reference for anyone trying to understand Vietnamese fashion — journalists, buyers, stylists, travellers, and enthusiasts. It is not a marketplace, an agency, or a brand partnership.

Every designer profile is built from public, verifiable sources: news articles, official brand communications, VIFW records, and press archives. We link every claim to its source so you can verify it yourself.

Our evidence methodology

Fashion writing is full of marketing copy presented as fact. We try to do something different.

Source first

Every claim starts with a source — a news article, a trade record, an official statement. No source, no claim.

Confidence levels

Claims are rated confirmed (multiple independent sources), likely (single credible source), or weak (corroborated but not independently verified).

Curator approval

No information is published until a human curator has reviewed it. AI-generated summaries require explicit approval before appearing publicly.

Public corrections

Anyone can submit a correction on any designer profile. Corrections are reviewed and applied by curators with source attribution.

Vietnam International Fashion Week (VIFW)

VIFW is Vietnam's primary international fashion event, held bi-annually in Ho Chi Minh City. The inaugural edition was in 2014. We track participation by season with confidence ratings — based on official VIFW communications and news coverage — not on designer self-reporting.

  • We do not publish unverified designer-supplied information without disclosure.
  • We do not use affiliate links or earn commissions on sales.
  • We do not claim to be comprehensive — coverage reflects available public sources.

Submit a correction

If you find incorrect information, you can submit a correction directly on any designer's profile page. Corrections should include the current incorrect value, your suggested correction, and — ideally — a source link.

Curators review all corrections. If accepted, the change is applied and the source is added to the evidence trail.

Vietnam Fashion Atlas has no commercial affiliation with VIFW, its organisers, or any designer featured on this site. VIFW data is compiled from public records.
